Lara Gay-Kelly

Lara Gay-Kelly is an engaged community leader and nonprofit advocate. She currently serves as an elected member of her local Board of Education and co-owns RCG Farm, where she applies her background as a former professional equestrian and team manager. With a deep commitment to education and maternal health, Lara brings decades of experience through her work with Engage Now Africa.
A mother of four school aged children, she is passionate about creating safe, empowering environments for children worldwide. Lara is honored to join Right To Play as a board member in 2025 and to help advance the organization’s mission to protect, educate, and empower children through the transformative power of play.
