We are happy to announce that the 8th Annual 2026 See-Überquerung will be hosted on Friday, July 10 at 4 PM. 

Last year was a huge success as over $20,000 were raised for two amazing organizations, and we are excited to be working with them again. Our proceeds from this year's event will be going to Right To Play Switzerland AND the Mwendo Bora School (previously Almawiya School) in Lamu, Kenya.

We plan to be in the water by 4:30 PM and be back by 6 PM for an Apéro and Paella.

We are looking forward to seeing you there!

Swim for a good cause!

This annual event is about two things: 

  1. To have fun, be active, and engage with the incredible lake Zurich. 
  2. To come together as a community and support a good cause. 

    The minimum recommended sponsorship level this year will be CHF 250. 

The CHF 250 is not an entry ticket, but rather a minimum to be raised by friends and family, just like a "Sponsoren-Lauf". As last year, there will be prizes for the top 3 fundraisers. Further information on this will be sent out after you have been confirmed as a participant. 

This year's winner will receive a complimentary week at Casa Calocita in Santa Teresa, Costa Rica. Thank you to the Calocita Team for their support!
