Charity Partner B2Run 2024

B2run Basel LQ-04423

We got the ball rolling in a sporty way! This year, we were once again a charity partner of B2Run and were delighted!

Under the motto "active together", B2Run moves and inspires thousands of employees every year. B2Run focuses on participation and the joy of movement and being active together, in line with the motto "sweating together brings people together". B2Run runs have given people goosebumps in St. Gallen, Zurich, Bern, Basel, Zug and Lausanne.

OUR AMBASSADORS

Our ambassadors were also fully committed and were always available for an interview. Carlos Lima was at the starting signal in Zug. Despite the rain, Théo Gmür and Lucas Malcotti were fully committed in Lausanne, in Zurich Abdi Salam Ali was the fastest across the finish line, and in St. Gallen Dario Cologna joined over 4,000 other runners on the course. In Bern, the Right To Play team sweated together in temperatures of over 30 degrees, and Alexander Martinez was also in high spirits in Basel!

"Right To Play works for justice, play, respect, especially for women and girls, and to gain trust in communities in the program countries. It's so beautiful, really. You have to experience it. And that's why I'm here!" - Alexander Martinez

6 CITIES, 6 RUNS

Whether it was hot or pouring rain, the B2Run events once again created a wonderful atmosphere this year. At every run, beaming faces, team spirit and good humor could be seen everywhere. Because that is the power of sport and play: to spread joy and fun and bring people together.

THE B2RUN DONATION

At B2Run you run for a good cause! B2Run donates 1 franc per participant to Right To Play. This year they broke records and presented Annette Syz, National Director of Right To Play Switzerland, with a check for 15,500 francs at the final run in Basel for the benefit of children in our program countries. This will enable us to help children stay in school, stand up against exploitation, overcome prejudice and trauma and develop the skills they need to succeed!
