Mushaga Bakenga is a Norwegian-Congolese former football player who has played for several clubs in Norway and internationally, and has one international cap for Norway. He has personal experience of how play, sport, and physical activity can create opportunities for children and young people, having fled from Congo and found strength and purpose through football.
In 2026, Mushaga became an ambassador for Right To Play, and he uses his story and platform to promote the organization’s work for children’s right to play, learn, and develop. We are proud to have him as an ambassador, and his commitment inspires children, young people, and adults alike.
