Brian DeLeo
Managing Director, USB
Brian is a Managing Director in Equity Capital Markets at UBS, where he helps technology companies raise equity and equity-linked capital, including advising on Initial Public Offerings. He has also held senior roles at Citigroup and UBS, and began his career at Deutsche Bank with experience across ECM, Industrials, and Consumer/Retail coverage. Brian holds a B.A. from The Johns Hopkins University and an MBA from Columbia Business School. He joined the Board of Right To Play USA in 2025 and is proud to support the organization’s mission to protect, educate, and empower children through the power of play.
Originally from Pittsburgh, Brian lives in Rumson, NJ with his wife, Angela, and their three boys—Cameron, Jack, and Christian. He enjoys coaching his sons’ sports teams, cheering on Pittsburgh’s sports franchises, and competing in CrossFit.
